• clusterid - Program to apply a "burning" algorithm to identify individual particle clusters in a 3-D image.
• extract - Program to extract an arbitrary subvolume of data from the 512 x 1024 x1024 volumes.
• makehist - Program to produce a greylevel histogram file (makehist.out) for a 3-D image.
• median and mediangrey - programs to apply a median filter to either a segmented (median) 3-D image or to an initial (mediangrey) greylevel format image.
• percolate - Program to assess the percolation or connectivity of a ``phase'' in a 3-D segmented image.
• segment - Program to produce a segmented (phase) image from an initial greylevel image.
